sleep is fuel and the source is ourselves.
Sleep helps us be superhuman.
I know it. You know it.
Yet, we still find ourselves sacrificing it.
Why?
SLEEP IS WORK.
Nobody else can do it for you.
You have to prioritize it, sacrifice activities for it, and do it optimally to get the benefits.

3β£ A SOLUTION β¨
like Nike β just do it β
The approach is simple.
Decide that sleep is a priority.
If you donβt believe that, Google βwhy do we need sleepβ and find out for yourself.
Have a lot to do? Focus now so you donβt stress all night.
Still not done? Get some rest and tackle it again in the morning with a fresh mind
Commit to it, REASONABLY.
Got the time to spare? Get that 8 hours for 7 days each week.
Living a chaotic life? Promise yourself 3 nights per week and move up from that
So busy you canβt do that either? 1 night. Build from there.
Ok I WANT to sleep, now what?
Truly, JUST DO IT.
If you have a medial issue making sleep hard to find, prioritize heading to the doctor and getting support.
Need an aid? Find out what tea, supplement, or (appropriate) substance works for you.
If you get distracted easily, sleep with your phone outside the room.
Sleep. Do it again. Do it again. Keep doing it as often as the nights allow
